The Arts Education class is designed to provide students sufficient avenues to learn and practice various co-curricular skills according to their born inclination and basic aptitude. The Choir Club forms an integral part of the Arts Education Class and comprises of exposure to both vocal and instrumental musics. Students learn and practice various forms of Indian and Western Light Music. Recognizing one’s musical ability , honing one’s singing/instrument playing skill and learning all aspects of this performing art are the objective of this co-curricular class.
The year round cultural practices and events held in the school provide the young learners ample opportunity to showcase their talents through solo and group performances. The Choir Club allows for a very educative yet entertaining interaction between the budding singers, musicians, their music teachers and the audience at large.
Perfection is our goal- excellence will be tolerated
Keeping the above dictum in mind we teach the young players
the basic skills and not the system alone. They need to learn
how to play & play with all fun and enthusiasm. Girls of our
BASKET BALL Team are encouraged to discover their abilities
and enjoy the game and the associated competitiveness with all
the heat and fervor.
“Dance is a type of art that generally involves movement of
the body, often rhythmic and to music.” It is performed in
many cultures as a form of emotional expression, social
interaction or exercise in a spiritual or performance setting
and sometimes used to express ideas or tell a story or to
depict devotional stories related to the supreme power.
Indian classical dance is a relatively new umbrella term for
various codified art forms rooted in Natya, the sacred Hindu
musical theatre styles whose theory can be traced back to the
Natya shastra of Bharat Muni (400BC).
